RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

OVERVIEW
LumeBath ships worldwide. Our return policy complies with EU 
consumer law, which provides some of the strongest protections 
available globally.

RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL (EU CUSTOMERS)
EU customers have the right to withdraw from their purchase 
within 14 days of receiving their order, without giving any 
reason. To exercise this right, email us at sales@lumebath.com 
with your order number within 14 days of delivery.

GENERAL RETURNS (ALL CUSTOMERS)
All customers worldwide may request a return within 14 days 
of receiving their order, provided the items meet the 
eligibility criteria below.

BATH BOMB RETURN ELIGIBILITY
Due to the nature of our products as cosmetic and hygiene 
items, the following conditions apply:
- Bath bombs must be unused and in original sealed packaging
- The item must show no signs of moisture exposure or damage
- Gift sets must be fully intact and unopened
- Items purchased as part of a bundle must be returned complete

Bath bombs that have been unwrapped, used, exposed to moisture, 
or show any signs of use cannot be returned for hygiene reasons. 
This applies to all customers worldwide.

DEFECTIVE OR DAMAGED ITEMS
If your bath bomb arrives damaged, crumbled, or defective, 
contact us within 7 days of delivery at sales@lumebath.com 
with your order number and a clear photo of the damage. 
We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no 
additional cost to you, regardless of your location.

WRONG ITEM RECEIVED
If you received the wrong product, contact us within 7 days. 
We will arrange the correct item to be sent and cover all 
associated shipping costs.

REFUND PROCESS
Approved refunds are processed within 14 days of us receiving 
the returned items. Refunds are issued to the original payment 
method. International bank processing times may vary.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the 
item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We recommend using 
a tracked shipping service as we cannot be responsible for 
returns lost in transit.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS
- Used or opened bath bombs
- Items damaged due to improper storage by the customer
- Items returned after the 14-day window without prior agreement
